| A TRIP TO THE DENTIST Last week, during my regular check-up, the doctor had taken an x-ray of a tooth that had been bothering me. A very very very slight dark area appeared next to my old root canal. That little shadow indicated "infection." So, now I am back at the dentist. The kind assistant shows me the x-ray. "This time it won't take seven weeks," she tells me. Infection...? "Dang it," I think. "Double dang." |
